He mispronounced words (making “dog” sound like “doll” for the first several minutes–and we will not EVEN discuss his mangled Spanish and Latin), put the emPHAsis on the wrong sylLAble, and rushed through places where pauses would have lent better understanding.

Dazzle’s background was never explained – only hinted at obliquely. Maybe an understanding would have helped, but I kind of think not. Sadly this ep was a dissappointment.

Good luck with the administrative stuff though. Overall I do enjoy your podcast a lot.

The intros and outros have been well thought out and interesting…a bit personal, but that is a style choice.
As an audio podcast, the main consideration must be audio quality.
This story came across as a first read-through, and not a very good one at that.
I ask the editor of this podcast to get tough.
This should never have made the air in this condition.
Looking forward to the superior narration that your superior choices require.

At first I found the narration a bit annoying, but then thought it fit the speaker of the story pretty well. The audio editing needs some work, though, I kept getting pulled out of the narrative by a misplaced cut, missed repetition, or jarring change of pitch.
